Morning Exercise Routine (Day 1)

i-am-enoughStand in front of a mirror and repeat after me: "I am enough!"  Do as many repetitions as are required to allow those three words to seep into and ultimately find a home in your soul.  I realize it will be a bit challenging at first, but hopefully, in time you (and your heart) will get used to it - and the smile and sense of peace that come with it.  Remember that #wordsmatter, especially the ones we say to ourselves.
