For much of the past two years, I've posted regularly on LinkedIn each Monday and Friday under the hashtags #MondayMusings and #ToDoListFridays. My hope was simple: to encourage readers to become a bit more introspective and intentional in their pursuit of a more whole- and open-hearted life. As with its predecessor, The Playbook of Your Childhood Heart, there is no "right" way to read this book. Still, I structured it with the hope that each Friday, you might spend a few minutes reading that week's item and then carry its invitation with you throughout the days that follow.
To support that rhythm, I've included a small set of "Reflect & Respond" prompts. These aren't meant to overwhelm you or imply that you should complete them all, but rather to offer entry points-any one of which might resonate and spark journaling, insight, or growth.
